The Ignorance of Middle Schoolers

Girls
OK. So it's normal to like girls. Even though someone has a crush, that doesn't mean they need to date them. Dating is for when you're out of college. I have vowed to myself to live up to that. Eighth grade is way to young of an age to be going out and yet half of them have a "girlfriend/boyfriend". I'd say one in every 6 relationships are serious. Everybody else just does it to be popular and say they have a gf/bf. Also, about 80% of eighth graders only date because the person is hot/athletic. I hate it. The only times I have ever had anything related to this was one time in sixth grade a desperate girl asked me to dance at a dance and in eighth grade a girl told me another girl liked me so I looked at her and she denied it. This happened about 3 months ago. It was a relatively popular girl that I had never suspected would do that. No one can ever like me because I am not good looking, popular, or that athletic and those girls who do care for intelligence realize they are too young to be dating. But after this girl told me this, it was like my whole life changed. I have never felt that way before. Every morning I had a reason to look good. Even though I would never date her, part of me wants to like her. I try to impress her everyday and were in the same lunch, gym, and science. She doesn't live far from me so I even run past her house to impress her. She's very athletic. She's also in track with me and she was one of the main reasons I joined track. No girl can ever like me and she denied it and I'm pretty sure she has a boyfriend.

I Have No Close Friends
So you are probably curious about me and why I have such strong feelings. Well, I am in all honors classes, chorus, basketball, baseball, ultimate frisbee, Boy Scouts, piano, Youth Group, Track and Field, and I get straight As. You may think being in all of these things would make me popular. WRONG! I was in a park district basketball league in which no one from my school was on my team or in my league. Currently, there are two drifters on my baseball team who go to my school and they respect me but don't talk to me. Ultimate frisbee is a pickup game twice a league with only adults with my dad who like me because I am extremely good. I have one friend in chorus and the other eighth graders don't care for me (even though I am amazing at singing and they admit it). My friend in chorus is also in Boy Scouts with me. I have friends from other schools in scouts. Piano is individual. Everyone else in Youth Group is in high school. One friend in track. Honestly though, I have no close friends. One could say my friend in Track is close but we rarely hang out and he is in none of my classes. I only see him at track and he is moving out of state this summer. Five of my main friends are/have moving/moved. I had a great friend in elementary school who moved in 5th grade. Also, I had another great friend who moved last year. My nerd herd friends/study friends are all moving to high end high schools on the east coast. And my "close friend" is moving too. This is why I want to start a new life at a new high school. I don't walk/talk with students in the hall. I usually work by myself and people let me be. I have many acquaintances though for example the sixth graders on the bus, the guys who talk about NBA basketball with me, the kids I sit with at lunch (who don't talk to me at all, and I eat my lunch in silence usually but at least I sit with them), kids who are in same track events, kids who want to be in my group for some sort of educational contest because they know how smart I am and they will win with me, my teachers are some of my greatest friends, and the other kids who care about their future. I never hang out with anyone on weekends. A modern middle-schooler would say I have no life but I would say the exact opposite. By the way, I am very fat and ugly though I am attempting at losing weight. Everybody else is just jealous of me because they know that I am better than them. I am the most mature usually. Nobody wants to be friends with me because they know without thinking about it that I will succeed in life more than they will. This is why nerds are unpopular. Here is little article about it. http://www.paulgraham.com/nerds.html. I don't really want or need a friend to be successful.
Everyday is a Popularity Contest in 8th grade
My grade is so ignorant its not even funny. All they care about is fashion, dating, drugs, friends, video games, sports (which isn't bad), looking good, and making sure they are always next to a friend just to not look like a loser. It's crazy how much kids depend on friends. There's a group of four girls in my science class who sit behind me who won't SHUTUP. They virtually live with each other. When we take quizzes only two students can sit at a lab table (to prevent cheating) and the other two have to sit in desks and once one of them would not leave their friend to sit 10 ft. away for 5 minutes! There was a huge argument and I remember how stupid it was. Eventually, she ended up sitting in my seat so she could still be with her friends. That is messed up. I had to go sit in the desks (which is fine by me) just so she could be within 5 ft of her friends. No one even talks during quizzes! There is no point! I just hate it so much. Only about 5 students in 8th grade actually care about their future (me included). It's a great school but the only bad thing about it is the students. Nobody even cares about education anymore. That is exactly why I applied for one of the top high school academies in the state so I could get away from these ignorant students and be with kids who actually cared. Also, I didn't want to get involved with drugs and I know kids at this high school won't do them. They're going to regret it when they're working the late shift at 7-Eleven. Please if you are reading this, strive to care and do go in school and not worry about the drama that goes with it. At least bullying isn't a problem in 8th grade. By now everyone respects everyone and they just focus on their own lives (yes, I was bullied in 6th and 7th grade). We have the worst reputation going through my junior high school. Literally, three kids have gotten expelled and one of them is in jail. It's just so corrupt to think about it.
Attention to all Middle Schoolers
I am a thirteen year old in 8th grade. I don't like anyone who dates at this age. They need to wake up and open their eyes. Dating puts way too much stress on them. Wouldn't you rather be doing something like playing video games instead of crying over your gf/bf breaking up with you. IT'S SO STUPID!!!! Dating isn't gonna go on your college application. At my school, kids obsess too much about dating. One of my friends and I came up with a word for kids who pay no attention to school, basically live with their friends, stress out about dating, stress out about who's friends with who, don't do homework, only talk about video games (like Black Ops) with their friends (boys), or gossip about random stuff (girls), and don't give a care about what their future will bring them. We call these people "tools" for no reason in particular. They just take so much stufff for granted like how our universe was formed or how our lives would change if comets Shoemaker-Levy 9 crashed into the Earth and a whole bunch of other stuff that they think is BS and doesn't effect them so they don't care. I'm fine with other kids having crushes on other kids (I don't have crushes because I think I'm too young). If you are what I call a "tool", this is your wakeup call. I know what it's like to be a thirteen year old, but I'm just a little more mature than most other people. Every 6th grader that I know (I know a lot of 6th graders) has a girlfriend. I'm not afraid to tell other people this, either. I'm in Boy Scouts and one time on a campout late at night around the campfire and we were playing Truth or Dare. One of the sophomores asked me how many girlfriends I had and I straight up said zero and told him why
